Last night was a first for me. I had my first dinner of just wine and cheese. And we had it at probably the best place to do it.
The thing is, I can’t say where. It is so secret that they actually tell you not to tell anyone about it when you are there. What I can say is that it is somewhere in the LA area, and it is in the “cellar” of a wine and cheese shop. You sit at a table while all around you wine and cheese is stacked up along the walls.
We got about 6 or 7 courses of cheese, all explained to us, along with the appropriate wines. After about 5 courses, they served us a hot meal, then came dessert and one more cheese platter.
I was still foggy from sleeping all day yesterday, so I forgot to bring the camera.
